A. We offer 70% Pashmina and 30% Silk Shawls, Scarves, Stoles Throws and Wraps. We also offer 100% Pashmina Shawls, Ombrey Shawls, Beaded Shawls and Pure Wool Shawls.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we do accept all major credit cards including VISA / MasterCard. All credit card transactions are done on real-time basis.

Q. Is my transaction safe?

A. Yes, we value the security of your credit card information. Your credit card transaction takes place on a secure server using SSL technology which encrypts your credit cards details while sending your particulars for authorization.

Q. I do not have a credit card. How do I make payments?

A. We accept payment for orders by various modes. In case, you do not have a credit card, you can send us payments by any of these methods. Click here for details.

Q. Can I make payments in currency other than US Dollars?

A. Yes,your convenience is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we accept payments in all currencies of the world.

Q. How much do I pay in my currency against your prices mentioned in US Dollars?

Q. In how many days will I receive my shawl?

A. We dispatch all orders by Aramex / UPS / FedEx / Registered Air Mail within one day of receiving orders.

A. We offer the sizes as mentioned :

Shawls - 36" X 80" inches (90x200 cms)

Stoles - 28" X 80" inches(75x200 cms)

Scarves - 12" X 60" inches (30x150 cms)

Throws - 50" X 100" inches (125x250 cms)

Bedsheets - 88" X 108" inches (219x270 cms).

Q. Where do I see the color range of plain pcs you offer?

A. We have a wide range of more than 400 colors available. Select from the 400 colors in the shopping cart while purchasing online. Since 400 colors cannot be put in shopping cart, choose the option "As per E-mail" for colors not mentioned, E-mail us the color seperately.

Q. How much does your color match with the color name I specify?

A. The color name gives us a idea of the color you want, its depth, hue and brightness. For 1-10 pieces, we reach 95-100% of the exact color and for more than 10 pieces, we can provide you the exact color of your choice. The color remains different due to different resolutions, color display by different computers of different configuration.

Q. Do I have to pay customs duty on my order or clear my goods at customs?

A. No, you do not have to pay for customs duty or VAT or sale tax. For 1-50 pieces, we deliver the goods at your doorstep by Aramex / UPS / Fedex / TNT / Registered Air Mail selecting as per good services of the destination countries

Q. What's your refund policy?

A. 100% refund policy on receipt of goods to the account by which you made the payment by the intermediatry merchant banker, If the pieces are returned within 3 days of receipt of goods, or a new piece will be sent at our costs and expenses if you ask for replacement. In no case, will the air freight be paid by you.

Q. Why is your Pashminas available at such a low price?

A. Since we are direct manufacturers, no commission, no middleman importers and no retail profits are involved.
